| As well as the commercial projects STENTON OBHI
ARCHITECTS undertake work in the residential sector and accept
commissions for both extensions to private houses and the design of new
one off homes. During the last year the practice has undertaken numerous smaller extension projects, with construction values between £10,000 to £100,000, and has also worked on larger extensions and bespoke houses with construction values ranging from £100,000 to £1,000,000. As a practice we produce functional, cost effective and architecturally interesting design solutions for private residential clients, and achieve Planning and Building Regulations approvals on their behalf.
